Network
Our Guarantee:Â Network will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Customer Advantages:Â A credit of 5% of the monthly fee for each 60 minutes of downtime. A credit of up to 100% of the monthly fee for the affected server.
Infrastructure
Our Guarantee: Critical infrastructure systems, including power and HVAC, will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Customer Advantages:Â A credit of 5% of the monthly fee for each 60 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee for the affected server.
Hardware
Our Guarantee: Functioning of all hardware components and replacement of any failed component at no cost to the customer within 8-hours of notification. Customer Advantages:Â A credit of 5% of the monthly fee per additional hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee for the affected server.
Anytime Guarantee
All shared hosting hosting plans (Non-DDoS) are entitled to an unconditional Anytime Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT, WHICH CAN BE USED TO PAY ANY FUTURE INVOICES.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
The following services DO NOT QUALIFY for the Anytime Guarantee: dedicated servers, cloud servers, virtual private servers (VPS), domains, SSL certificates, software licenses, or any DDoS protection services.
